* So many fixes for hardware v1.2a

- V1.2A support (no changes)
- Better serial handling (during delays)
- Configuration without flashing! See cs-configure.py
- New serial commands
- Analog volume fix (no more eeprom writes on change)
- New fw sets a build date that will wipe eeprom on change
- Probably lots of other minor bits

Note for anyone reading this, if you are using a Circuit-Sword hardware version "V1.1E" you will need to update the arduino code first. If you have "V1.2A" or above, no update needed!
