In discordReview.ts, compare scope 3 categories with the facit, and show results in the formatted table send back to Discord

Right now, we only compare the total values against the facit data, which makes the Discord review process much harder than it needs to be.

As can be seen in discordReview.ts, we only format the scope 3 emission categories as a table, but don't compare them like we do with the scope 1,2 and 3 totals.
