Repoint the reusable action consumers of repos to new naming convention

Use knobots/other solution to sync all the repos to point to the new reusable-*.yaml naming convention. This will need to be done after #49

This is redirection change has been done in knobots. WIll need to use file-syncer to enforce and then remove knobots way of distributing files and clean those up from other repos
