使用disconf管理logback.xml日志配置文件，启动会把文件下载到本地，但是启动项目中没有使用logback.xml中的配置。

logback.xml是最早加载的，无法配置到disconf，只能放本地

可以在项目启动完成后 ，读取disconf 配置 手动更新logback配置吧
