The current media input widget is linked with fileStorage API. We need a new online-only file input widget (probably won't show previews)

  • move simple "online" file-manager to enketo-core
  • add Q to enketo-core and maybe at the same time use bower for all external client libs
  • change require.js configs in both enketo-core and enketo-express
  • wire up submissions
  • rewrite FileSystem file-manager or create little controller in front of it and remove offlineFilePicker ?
  • use fake file input to show current value the same way
  • update vagrantFile
  • test with file loaded from local record - previews could be shown
  • test with file loaded in edit mode
  • Test: remove file from filesystem, load record: empty file input would make sense
  • fix formtester, check build system enketo/enketo, check tests
