I would like to have new documentation for Arrow Squid, how to set it up and run

Task

say what it does / - index uniques, nfts, assets on assethubs (DOT,KSM)
Approximate folder structure? - getters, handlers, mainframe, types
Requirements to run - node 18+, docker
Quickstart to run
usefull commands
