I think the first step would be to secure air flow into meeting rooms as when they are closed, longer workshops could be terrible.
Meeting room
Especially when a group of 4-8 ppl have short calls, like 30 min, the air in the aquarium is simply unbreatheable.
The solution would be to bring fresh air from outside.
The small hack would push fresh air into meeting rooms from hallway.
Price-wise, I think can be solved under <$10k
Whole cowork
Airflow for rest of room - instead of having opened windows during thunderstorms or hot days, would be nice to have a system which can circulate air from outside which actually blows air inside.
This would be easy investment of ±$40k my bet
