第二次會卡到發文10秒陷阱

修改回覆文章方式
v1.8有回覆, 發文, 修改三種方式
v1.7的回覆其實是發文

加入"發文中請稍後"滾動圖
提醒使用者卡發文中
保留能強制按掉, 避免斷線死當狀況, 但是也會發生卡住連線
