So that people always have the ability to run latest.

The .travis.yml script now has an after_deploy block that will deploy the latest release build to GitHub pages. I also added a footer with a version so that people using pre-built dists can know what they're running. The footer has the repo, the short hash and the tag in the text of an anchor which points back to the Travis build that created it.

Done and done.
