Virtual Box - /etc/host does not have master.example.com hostname

For Virtual Box the only way I could get networking to work was to use DHCP, this may have resulted in the hostname not being entered in /etc/hosts. Perhaps kojak should be more defensive about hostname configurations.

You have to specify the hostname when you create the vm.
