According to UN M.49 the region is "South-eastern Asia" with the word "eastern" in lower case. You can see this on the website as well as the CSV data export. See: https://unstats.un.org/unsd/methodology/m49/#geo-regions See: https://unstats.un.org/unsd/methodology/m49/overview/
