Create and update terms and conditions page

Pls create a Terms and Conditions Page and update the info as in the doc attached.

Also, at the donor forms, please add a check box that says "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" before accepting the submission. Link the text above to the T&C page, opening in a new tab (target="_blank")

There are currently two checkbox to accept before donation. Do I need to create one more asking to agree the terms or should remove any of those checkboxes. I think the same is specified in the terms and conditions page. @arunta007

Pls feel free to add "and I agree to the Terms and Conditions" to the existing text of one of the checkboxes. Please hyperlink the T&C page to the above text.
