I'd like to thank @kopf for hosting this service for five years and spending his time cleaning up the code for distribution on GH.

I think porting this code to AWS Lambda would be a fun project for pythonistas to increase their skills in the language and FaaS. Hit me up here or on twitter (jeffbrl) if you'd like to team up.
