Error adding number to contact on phone

I'm using the latest version of SIMsalabim. When i try to copy a contact to the 
phone, i get the error message "Error adding number to contact on phone".

HTC Desire with Android 2.1, T-Mobile branding

Just to make sure, this contact is existing only on the SIM and not already on 
the phone I guess.
Furthermore, does this happen with any contact, or just specific ones? Were you 
able to copy already contacts or did it never work so far?

Maybe this is because of using old API calls (relying on aparently 
disfunctional backward-compatibility). 
There is an issue (Issue #5) for dealing with API upgrade for newer Android 
versions.
Re-test when issue 5 is fixed.
