Hello.

It would be great if a new release of kosmtik could be made. There have been some changes in the current master branch (updates of Carto with new featrues and so on) that would help us a lot in development of openstreetmap-carto, and while it's of course possible to build kosmtik directly from the github master branch, until now he have relied on officially released kosmtik versions. Would it be possible to make such a release from current master (and maybe before the release also bump node-mapnik to 4.4.0)?

It would great to have the "retina" (high-resolution) tile support from #278 too. Looking forward to a new release.
