Add url's or button share

As a user I want to share link on useful presentation to my friend. But I can send only link to root. and then explain where to go.
Or I want to add presentation to my reading list - to read them later.

Please regard to add url or button share

For time being easiest way would be using github.io links http://kottans.github.io/slides.html.
Would actually ask for help @denyago & @vessi, since I'm not really good with hosting & domain stuff this issue is related to.

and there is no any share button also and just root in url.

Fixed URL, http://kottans.org/ is using proper URLs and not iframe 🎉
