Picking up from the forum thread.

I'd like to see the ability to enable/disable recommendations for movies, tv shows, and music individually. For movies and music albums it would make sense to have the newest few show up, but for tv shows I'd prefer "in progress" episodes. I'm not sure if it's worth making the max total results a configurable thing, but more than three would be needed for a good mix imo.

The default nvidia recommendations are painful to me. I hate the Youtube ones, I dont want to buy any movies from the play store and the shield games just make me remember how much work nvidia has to do so in an ideal world I would like the recommendations to be all from SPMC.

Maybe a configuration within SPMC to allow the setup if possible.

Sort off like 5 movies, 5 tv shows and 5 songs would be a nice little recommendations bar for me.

Im not being demanding and asking for this btw, just giving my opinion on what would be ideal in my case :-)

How fast the recommendations can be updated? Mean does it make sense to put there something like next episode? Mean like will it update the recommendations after playing?

@Vlaves I don't know how the api's work, but I do know that Plex does a pretty decent job of updating episodes of shows in progress. It's not perfect but usually shows up a second or two after going back to the main screen after watching an episode.

@tdbegley28 You can disable those notifications from any/all of the applications that support it via system settings. In your case, you'd probably want to just disable everything but SPMC once there's more recommendations available.

I'd love to disable all music/album recommendations. I'd prefer to just have movies / tv shows recomendations... It would be nice to have some options for this :)
