Add keyboard support in emoji autocomplete list

Feature Description

When you write a part of emoji name (ex: :em) - you see the list with emojis, but you can't pick emoji in this list with keyboard Up and Down buttons, only with a mouse cursor. I think we need to make keyboard support. Like in Discord or Element.

Rationale

Because current state of this picker is very bad, and annoying and it very simple.
