Mk1-3 pod cannot survive lunar re-entry with CoM offset active #2906

The generic Mk1-3 pod hits its skin temperature limit during lunar re-entry if CoM offset is active at anything above 15%. This is not an issue on the Apollo capsule it's supposed to be emulating which can hold 100% CoM offset for the entire re-entry, but Apollo has ablator on the capsule and the Mk1-3 does not.
