Things taking infinite time have somehow gotten moved up to the top of the queue list when they should be at the bottom.

This does make sense time-wise, but I assume they made it so infinite duration jobs are at the top so you notice them immediately. Wouldn't want to accidentally forget to assign engineers to a massive rocket that's supposed to be years away, not notice it because it's at the bottom of the list, and then do a bunch of stuff until you realized that you never assigned engineers.
