Reloading the grid

Hello everyone... I'm searching for a grid framework to use alongside with knockoutjs. The other 'obvious' options like gridster or gridstack seem to hard to integrate or at least I'm not pleased with the amount of code necessary to make it happen. So, I was wondering if gridly has a option to reload the grid after adding new html elements dinamically. Any sugestions? Bare in mind the fact that I'm trying to use knockoutjs, so I have to add the elements directly in the html and then reload the grid.
