cannot use complex enums in kube-derive schemas via schemars

Tracking issue for a known problem.

When using complex enums and deriving JsonSchema you get validation erros posting the CRD to kubernetes:

Required value: must not be empty for specified array items]", reason: "Invalid", code: 422
