This is a short-term hack until #13 gets resolved in the Go code directly. Once #23 gets merged (serializing multiple runs of the promoter in 1 script), this script can reuse it.

The real-world use case for this script is that we want to be able to push to multiple regional GCRs.

This is no longer necessary as #13 has been resolved (the promoter can now promote to multiple destination repositories).
