NGINX Ingress controller version: v0.41.2、v0.45.0、 v1.0.4
Kubernetes version : v1.18.8、v1.20.11

What happened:

When qps exceeds 15000 or more ,memory leak。
only adding the flag --enable-metrics=false is fixed , but metrics data none。

@lijiansgit issue template is there in order to be filled correctly because it makes it really easier for us to tackle the issue. Not filling the template correctly decreases the probability that the issue actually get solved. Kindly asking to fill the template with all information that you have available. Also please have a look at the supported versions table, as 0.41.2 and 0.45 are not supported anymore.
