This is a Bug Report

Problem:
https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/manage-gpus/scheduling-gpus/ doesn't have our disclaimer for 3rd party content.

Proposed Solution:
Add a third party content disclaimer. See https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/extend-kubernetes/compute-storage-net/device-plugins/ for an example.

Separately, it would be good if https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/manage-gpus/scheduling-gpus/ didn't include advice about installing the plugins. Instead, we can hyperlink to the vendors' own docs (where those exist).
