When following setting is enabled; {provide: MAT_MOMENT_DATE_ADAPTER_OPTIONS, useValue: {useUtc: true}}; the component performs UTZ conversion 3 times - Day Selection, Hour Selection, and Finally Minute Selection. The resulting date is offset incorrectly.
