[Bug]: Pagination scroll to top issue

Give a brief about the bug ✍️

On pagination page should be scrolled to top automatically as if now user have to manually scroll to top on every pagination. which is not a great user experience.

What is the expected behavior? 🤔

After paginate page should be scrolled to the top so that user don't have to scroll manullay.

Provide step by step information reproduce the bug 📄

1. Go to home page
2. Try to paginate
3. Page is not getting scrolled automatically
