Being an indie developer I'm hoping to avoid any problems down the line by including the code. I can understand 'as is' in regards to warranty, but is the licence MIT or BSD?

Also ... thanks... I've probably learned enough about the code to start contributing.

The licence has not been decided, which I guess we should have done a long time ago.

Hi Marcus, can you please contact me for a license?

What sort of license do you have in mind?

Hi Marcus, please add license text to the project. It's unclear now what users are allowed to do with your code. Terms of GitHub allow to modify and fork but not to legally use this code in user's projects. I guess you won't mind MIT or BSD license, will you?

Hello,

I believe I can find a suitable license.

I really don't have any objections to people using this for any project, at their own risk. The software is not a finished product, nor will it ever be I presume as one could work full time on something like this for a decade and still not cover everything.

Check back soon for a proper license.
