I will tell in short however u can watch a youtube video if u have confusions:

You need to fork first

doing so creates a local clone of my repo in your GitHub account, now do whatever changes u want in my codebase, and when u are done finally u can create a PR by going to the navbar option named Pull request

In PR mention your changes and write Close #[issuenumber] (here the issue number is 3) doing so will automatically close the issue if the PR is merged with original codebase by owner.
