Add OTR support to kvirc

Would like to request otr on crypt list of kvirc or some way of implementation

+1 for OTR support that is compatible with those other clients if possible.
That would be very neat addition.

Can we? I cant, but maybe @OmegaPhil can then as hes the scripting expert :D I assigned this to him and see if what OmegaPhil comments on this are.

Acknowledged, haven't done anything like this but presumably its doable. Have added it to my list but will be a very low priority task as it isn't something I want atm (I usually used Pidgin when I wanted OTR).
