make a nice KAT demo in github like JOBAD has

I would like to have a nice demo setup like JOBAD has. Once that is done, we should also change the demo URL in kwarcpubs.bib.

There is a demo at http://kwarc.github.io/KAT/ I am not sure how up to date it is.

For me it redirects to http://kwarc.github.io/KAT/test/index.html

now it does too. But we need to have a nice way of keeping it up to date and mention it in the documentation.
