Description

Create release process for helm-broker repository where maintainers decides about new versions etc.

Reasons

Right now we don't have releases under helm-broker.

AC

  • create official release by tagging repository by maintainer
  • describe whole continuous integration process (for example, if PR merged what is a name of image)
  • describe how CI flow looks like
  • release process requirements from kyma included, like change log etc
