Automatically delete empty accounts

Empty accounts = accounts with no transactions.

Best implementation would be whenever we edit a transaction's source/dest account, if this was the last transaction associated with that account then we delete the account.

We still might want to manually create accounts so we should still allow accounts with no transactions to exist.

We may also want to be able to bulk delete accounts
