知网元数据识别失败

从知网拉取数据后不能实现姓名自动拆分，如下图

已经在设置中开启了自动拆分选项，如下图

是否拆分应看条目元数据，而非“创建者”列中的内容，“创建者”列为了便于显示进行了格式化显示。
