[Request] Send to new window

As a user, I would like to send a tab to a new window using Winger.

Should: create a command /new that creates a new window and sends the tab to it.
Could: behave like other send commands;

• enter just creates a new window,
• control-enter creates a new window and sends tab,
• shift-enter creates new window, sends tab, and focuses the new window.

I'm actually working on something like that! Your idea is sensible, will keep it in mind.
