I will add support for required attribute through the FormFactory. There is no need to pollute the classes with yet another option.

You can always set it manually:

$field->setAttribute("required", "required);

With the previous factory, it was already possible:

    "type" => "text",
    "name" => "example",
    "attributes" => ["required" => "required"]
]

I will also add a magic property is*, it will look at the type, the name and the required attribute.
