When the middle of the login panel appears and even after it pops up, resource gauges (progress bar) in resource panel float behind the panel which distracts the overall scenery of webUI page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Login page'
  2. See the splash panel
  3. See resource gauges in resource statistics pops up.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Like other components on summary page, resource gauges should be blurred, not displayed explicitly.
