These tips are specific to the JIRA issue tracking system the LDI Replication Lab uses.

Access denied

If you click on the main link in the JIRA issue view for openICPSR (in the "Code Provenance" field), you may get a "404 Access Denied" response:

Solution

1. Go to the "Other sites" tab (depending on your view, bottom right), and click on the "openICPSR alternate URL" link.
2. If that does not work, contact your supervisor, you may not have been added to the openICPSR project as an authorized user.
