Mobile Menu Expands Header

When viewing the Casper theme on a mobile phone, when you tap the hamburger menu, the header will expand instead of having the menu "float" over the header, etc. Any way to fix this?

@JohnBlonn Want to know if this issue is still persisting? Others have reported updating WP version fixed it. I'll reopen if I hear from you.

Mobile menu is not working. It works perfectly anywhere else. What should I do?
