@chriswmackey and @MingboPeng do we feel comfortable updating to the new version of Pydantic? I'm mostly concerned about how it will affect the dotnet builds.

I think we just have to try it and see if it breaks anything. There are a bunch of bugs in Pydantic that we know of now so we aren't going to stay on the old version forever.

Also, why didn't this same PR get sent to honeybee-schema? Is dependabot not active there yet?
