Deimos project dub package

Hi Laeeth,

Do you plan work on this project like a clone of pure c bindings or maybe something like a high level oop bindings? Because If you plan develop it as pure c low level bindings I can add support dub as a part of the deimos project.

Hi Alexander.

We could separate out the raw C bindings and the wrapper, if you think
that would be helpful.

If you are interested and have time, I would certainly appreciate
hearing what your thoughts are. I will try to do the separation (not
much to be done) when I have some mroe spare time.
