babel-plugin-istanbul's generated coverage incomplete? #5

Using babel-plugin-istanbul for instrumentation is not making available the coverage generated in global coverage variable for a lot of files.

Or the coverage is probably being overwritten.

It turns out I just didn't have the that plugin properly figured out in babelrc in the "env: {test: ...}" setting.
