Fix multinetwork parser

In pipeline models where there are no compressor stations - both compressor and compressor_data tables are empty / non-existent - the steady-state network parser works as expected, however, the transient multinetwork parser errors out. The error message is "KeyError: key "compressor" not found"; see attached images.
