为lark增加一个单核模式，以便更容易scale

单核模式下为单进程，不需要pm2 做进程管理了，因此在此模式下禁用pm2
pm2下掉后需要守护进程，暂定纯node实现的 forever
3.以上逻辑写到 lark-bootstrap 里，可以通过程序配置很容易在单核和多核模式下切换
