目前pm2不支持 windows，所以是否应该从框架中移除

windows 列入 lark 支持范围确实利于调试。 能否检测os为 windows自动屏蔽 pm2

pm2主要用于线上运维，建议可以从 koa-bootstrap 去除依赖，只有全局安装才进行功能调用

或者根据功能区分，开发模式不调用 pm2, 生产模式调用pm2
