Why Ignore and Later button?

May I know what is the different between ignore and later button?
Can we hide one of it?

The ignore button is to prevent the dialog from displaying again for that app version.
The later button is defined by the calling app when the onLater callback is used.
At this time, there is no way to hide any of the three buttons.
