Overview

This PR adds the ability to link directly to comments and edit your own comments that are under 1 hour old.

Ref #208.

Details

  • Adds a link to each comment by clicking the timeago time
  • Adds a link to the news item by clicking the timeago time on the news item
  • Adds an edit link on comments for the logged in user less than an hour old
  • Adds routes for comment links and editing comment
  • Adds routes for updating a comment when editing
  • Refactors the comment related code into separate controller and view packages
