Download from links or alternative way to handle several servers. #1

Some times we have a folder with several servers, maybe we have the data, or we can handle them creating the url file per server.

Would be good a way to download from that files to handle several map servers.

This is specially useful when you have mapservers or similar without access to parent folders in the server.
