When a ship is errored / bugged out, the two buttons available are "Retry" and "Delete". This language could be clarified a bit. Does "Delete" perform the same function as the "Delete permanently" button on the "Manage" page?

It does behave the same as Delete permanently on the Manage page. We're reusing the same error component for initial boot and errors in existing ships, but it makes less sense in the latter context.
Rather than add a clarification about how it behaves, I think we should remove this option for existing ships or at a minimum, replace it with export functionality instead. Will add this change to the queue
