Back/forward buttons are greyed out in Markdown view mode #3810

In Markdown mode, when toggled to view only, the entire toolbar is greyed out. This also includes the back/forward buttons which are now part of the editing toolbar. These buttons should probably be available regardless of the mode:

Platform: linux
OS specifics: ubuntu 16.04
